Consent Agreement for Submission of Support Video
By submitting your video content to our campaign platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose: You understand and agree that your video will be used to support Faisal Kabir Nixon in the upcoming parliamentary election. The content may be posted on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram, under the candidate’s official accounts.
2. Rights Granted: By submitting your video, you grant our campaign “A Better Tomorrow with Faisal Kabir!” and Faisal Kabir Nixon the non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide right to use, edit, alter, reproduce, publish, and distribute the video content in any media format and through any media channels.
3. Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that you are voluntarily providing this content and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit this video, including the consent of all individuals featured in the video.
4. Attribution: Your name and any other identifying information you provide may be used in association with the video content.
